李伟先生是中国少数民族伊斯兰(回族)著名烹饪大师,早年随父辈经营管理餐饮业,八六年获得在中华人民共和国商业部烹饪大赛一等奖,国家一级烹饪大师,移民以前他在西安城经营的牛肉泡馍名扬中外,并在河南,郑州,广州设分店。他的拿手绝活是牛羊肉的制作,烹饪中从烧,煮,焖,煨,蒸,炸工艺里烹饪出色香味美的清真菜肴,全羊烩汤,汤味鲜美,经过复杂的工艺处理后,肉烂汤清,香气诱人,食后余味无穷。又具强身壮体暖胃之功能。古称“羊羹”羊肉泡馍,讲究宽汤大煮,汤汁如奶,手工制作薄饼泡汤肉质酥软,面筋有力。
